Gene Feigelson is a 31 year veteran of the real estate industry. He has handled all types of properties from residential, condos, highrise to complex commercial including industrial , manufacturing and contaminated properties. He is recognized as an expert in the sale and purchase of investment properties. His firm's relationships with investors translates to a shorter time on the market. During his entire career, Gene has always handled the most sought after real estate property, the residential single family home. As a result, Gene was named for 3 years in a row, 2003, 2004 and 2005 as one of Houston's SuperRealtors by H TEXAS MAGAZINE. He has handled small investment condos to multimillion dollar luxury homes in Houston's most prestigious neighborhoods.
He has represented Buyers and Sellers from all over the world in handling their properties, whether it require commercial expertise or residential knowledge. His early background in commercial and industrial construction has assisted his clients in analyzing various properties. Gene's office is centrally located in Houston, serving a five county area. The agents in his office, speak a number of languages including Spanish, Chinese, French, Vietnamese, Arabic and Japanese.
In recent years, Gene was selected to be an instructor with several different organizations, including the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, the Houston Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Center and the Kaplan Professional Schools. Gene was recently named a Faculty Member of Texas Realtor University. He teaches Real Estate law courses inclucing Contracts, Agency, Pre-licensing, Continuing Education and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). His experience and background has led him to be selected as an Expert Witness in a number of court cases and to be appointed by the courts as a Receiver or Receiver's Agent. He has a long track record in handling property in Probate and Receiverships. He has taught and coordinated leadership training and Boy Scout Advancement with the Boy Scouts of America, since the 1970's.
