Helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs has been my passion since obtaining my real estate license in 1994. This passion has led me to various awards including Rookie of the Year after my first year of sales, and yearly Keller Williams Regional Awards for ranking in the top ten sales agents for the Houston Region.
Last year, 2007, my ranking was Number 7 in the Houston Region. Focus has been placed on obtaining real estate certifications that would give to me the extra knowledge to give buyers and sellers an edge in negotiations during the transaction.
The North and Northeast areas of Harris & Montgomery Counties, including The Woodlands, Conroe, Montgomery, Kingwood, Humble, Spring, and Houston are areas of primary expertise and sales.
