I don't inflate listing prices to secure a listing, and I don't promise to find that $200,000 property in North Scottsdale that doesn't exist. Instead, I'm honest, open, and direct with my clients. I listen to my client's needs, and then advise them on the best course of action.
When working with buyers, I scour the market to find properties that match their list of wants and hopes. And my services don't end once the new property has been identified. My team will support you in managing your mortgage, escrow, inspection needs. And if this is an investment property, we can help with tenant acquisition and property management.
When working with sellers, I market your home aggressively, to attract the maximum number of buyers. Open House, the 10K Home program, Home Tours, newspaper and magazine advertising, aerial photography, internet listings, etc. are all part of my program to bring more buyers to your front door.

My team offers a very diverse array of services, including: Listing and marketing homes for sale, Purchasing new or resale homes, Relocation services, Listing investment homes for lease (rent must be over $1000/month), Investment property management (single family homes only), land sales and acquisitions, commercial office/retail purchases and leasing (primarily owner-occupied and under 10,000 sq feet), and smaller apartment buildings (less than 32 units).
AREA OF EXPERTISE
My office is located at the "elbow" of the 101 Freeway, at the SE corner of Bell Rd and the 101. I primarily service Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Tempe, because these are the areas I can service within ~30 minutes of the office. Additionally I've worked in Glendale, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and Laveen.
